Depending on the type of inspection being undertaken, our team will use specialised tools to ensure your report is thorough and to Australian standards. Most commonly, our inspectors use a thermal camera and moisture meter:

• FLIR ONE Edge Pro: The FLIR ONE Edge Pro is a thermal camera that can identify termites in walls, ceilings and floors. 
• FLIR MR60 Moisture Meter: The FLIR MR60 Moisture Meter measures moisture levels through most common building materials including wood, plasterboard, tiles, brick and concrete.
